Cancellation and Amendment Terms

Amendment
An Amendement fee: Rs.50. - per file will be charged for each change of travel date, change of hotel category or passenger name change upto 20 Days from the scheduled date of departure.Within 20 days of departure any amendment will be treated as a cancellation.

Cancellation
The client can cancel the tour subject to the following cancellation policies.Cancellation must be advised by Fax/E-mail/Letter to New Allied Tours and Travels. On cancellation, refund will be made after deduction of cancellation charges as per the following cancellation schedule.

• No cancellation charge is applicable if package is cancelled 30 days prior to date of departure.
• 50% of Package value is applicable as cancellation charge if package is cancelled 29 to 5 days prior to date of departure.
• 100% of Package value is applicable as cancellation charge if package is cancelled 5 to 0 days prior to date of departure.

No refund or adjustment will be made in the event of interruption of journey by a client on his own after the commencement of the tour.
